• Presently serving as Post Graduate Principal at Govt. Holkar Science Autonomous College, Indore. Served as Principal in last ten years at various colleges of Indore, Dhar, Depalpur and Dewas in Madhya Pradesh, India under Govt. of M.P., Higher Education Department, Bhopal.
• Was selected by Public Service Commission in 1971 as Assistant Professor and then selected as Professor by Public Service Commission in 1986. Served as Professor & Head of Chemistry Department at Govt. Girls P.G. College, Moti Tabela, Indore, Govt. Colleges of Khargone and Balaghat for 15 years. Also served at Holkar Science College, Indore and Govt. Colleges of Ratlam and Bareilly.
• Research and Teaching experience of 41 years and Administrative experience of 25 years.
• D.Sc. and Ph. D. Thesis Examiner to various Universities of India, Post Graduate and Under Graduate Papers Setter and Practical Examiner in various Universities.

• Went to England for one year post-doc research on Govt. of India Scholarship in 1973 at UMIST, Univ. of Manchester, England.
• Travelled to America for two months in 2002 and visited North Carolina State University, Raleigh, USA.
• Travelled to Europe -France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands for a month on educational tour in 2002.
• Selected as judge at Environment Design Contest being held by United Arab Emirates University, U.A.E. from 2nd May to 5th May 2004.
• Travelled to Thailand, Malaysia, Kuwait, UAE, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Maldives, Indonesia, Hongkong, Macau, Srilanka etc. in last 10 years.
• Participated in International Conference on Computational Chemistry in Greece in October 2005 and presented a paper.
• Went to Kuwait in May 2006 for 10 days on invitation of Kuwait University.
• Presented a paper in International Disasters Reduction Conference at Davos, Switzerland on 27th August 2006-Conference organized by UNESCO.
• Presented a paper in Energy and Environment Conference at Guangzhou, China in December 2006.
• Delivered a plenary lecture in 2^nd International Conference of Ecology at Guilin , China in Nov.2007.
• Participated in UN Climate Change Conference at Bali, Indonesia as UN accredited press representative from 10^th December to 14^th December 2007.

Distinctions

• Director of various Congress and Conferences. International Congress-ICCE-2005 was organized successfully from 24th December to 26th December 2005 on Prevention of Natural Disasters. 125 International Delegates and 600 Indian Scientists participated in this Congress. Also organized International Research Congress in Year 2001. 3rd International Congress “ICCE-2007” was organized from 18th-20th November 2007 at KUWAIT in association with Kuwait University successfully. 4th ICCE-2009 was held at Thailand and it was a grand conference. 5th ICCE-2011 will be held at Malaysia from 27th to 29th May 2011 to celebrate International Year of Chemistry. First ISBT 2008 conference was organized successfully at Sikkim, India in year 2008. First International Disaster Prevention Technology and Management Conference DPTM-2010 was organized successfully at Chongqing, CHINA in year 2010.
