AIM:

ICCE-2013 will be a major forum for international researchers and professionals to present their latest research, results and ideas in all areas of Chemical Sciences, Land Pollution, Air Pollution, Soil Pollution, Water Pollution, Waste Treatment, Environmental Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Soil Sciences, Pollution Control and Remedies, Agriculture, Agriculture Production and Enhancement.  ICCE-2013 aims to strengthen relation between industry, research laboratories, governmental agencies, private sector and universities in the theme of environment and chemistry.

One can present Abstracts / Papers / Posters on focal theme or on all broad fields related to above topics.

Submission of Abstracts / Papers / Posters:

Abstracts / Papers / Posters should be submitted at earliest by email: conference@chemenviron.net

Participants can submit Abstract of maximum 1000 words in double space. Participants should write title first followed by authors (Surname or Family Name first in bold), email of the corresponding author along with full address of the institute. For submission of the papers participants should follow instructions to author as given in "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment".

Approved Papers will be published in special issue of the blind peer reviewed journal "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment".  Participants are requested to follow the deadlines for submission of abstract, full paper and registration fees otherwise it will not be possible for us to include your paper in Journal. Posters should be in international format and participants should bring the poster along with them.

Indian delegates should submit Registration Fees in name of "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment" by draft payable at Indore, India. International Delegates should submit Registration Fees by Wire Transfer through Bank or through Western Union Money Transfer. Belgium delegates should submit registration fees at Belgium.

Oral Presentation:

Time for oral presentation is 15 minutes out of which the speaker will introduce himself or herself for 1 minute, 10 minutes will be for presentation and 4 minutes will be for questions and answers. Nobody will be given more than 15 minutes.

Oral presentation rooms will be equipped with the following items:

• A computer running WINDOWS XP/ 2003 Professional operating system, with MS office, Acrobat Reader 6.0

• An LCD video projector

We recommend that presenters bring their presentation files in the format compatible with one of the above applications, and stored in a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive (flash disk). Alternatively, they can use their own notebook computer. If you choose to use your own notebook computer, we recommend that you bring a backup copy of the presentation in a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive.

All presenters can upload their presentation files into the computer in the secretariat room on the morning of their presentation from 08.15 a.m. onwards, or during the coffee breaks. An assistant will be in the secretariat room to help you.

If you have prepared your presentation using an earlier version of PowerPoint or if you are a Macintosh user, it is highly recommended that you test your presentation on a PC to ensure the accurate conversion to WINDOWS format with PowerPoint XP.

Note:

• AC voltage is 220 V .

• The connector from the LCD projector to your computer is limited to a D-sub 15 pin male connection.

Poster:

• Posters should be prepared in English.

• Poster boards will have size: 100 (wide) x 240 (height) cm. Posters must NOT EXCEED that size.

• The recommended format for posters size is 90 (wide) x 120 (height) cm.

• Posters should be prepared in advance and should be brought and attached to the poster board by the author at the beginning of the conference.

• Do not mail us your poster.

• The title, names of the authors, institutions, city and country should be clearly indicated on the poster. Name of the presenting author should be underlined.

• It is advisable to organize your poster in sections: Introduction, Results and Conclusions.

• Materials to fix posters on boards will be provided at the desk located in the poster area. NO PINS will be allowed for poster set-up.

• Please check the Poster Number from the list of Poster Presentations, which will be posted at the top of the board by the organizers.

• The Organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage occurred to posters left on the panels.

• Poster sessions will be organized at the conference venue.

• A member of the presenting team (desirably the first author) should be present and adjacent to the poster during the assigned poster session.

• Poster number, time and location will be announced.

• Poster prizes will be awarded by the conference committee.

• Please note that 1 registered delegate can submit only 1 poster.
